How long we retain your data
If you leave a submission, the submission and its metadata may be retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up submission automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Terms of Service
After an invoice has been sent, refunds will only be issued if services have not been rendered as per the invoice items. Partial refunds will be issued if cancellation occurs before complete fulfillment of one or more services. The extent of a partial refund will ultimately be decided by Schultz Web Design, but Schultz Web Design will attempt to come to an agreement with the client to the extent of a refund amount. Schultz Web Design reserves the right to deny or cancel one or more services that have been listed in an invoice, and a refund will be given based on the agreed service(s) price.
